Constructed in just eight months, this multi-purpose aquatic
complex consists of a new competition and diving pool, lazy
river with both hot and cold spas and a resort like atmosphere
that includes bubbling waterfalls and natural rock outcroppings.
The complex also includes a new mechanical building for entirely
new pool pumps, filters and associated equipment. An extensive
new landscaping plan and new ornamental fencing add to the
overall artistic impact of the new facility.
Felmley-Dickerson Co. provided the overall management for this
project in addition to the labor to construct the pool structures
and concrete decks for the complex. The project was competed under
a compressed schedule that started in November of 2006 and was
complete and use by June of 2007. The construction process
utilized a pre-selected team of contractors to provide the
mechanical systems, pool equipment and specialty features.
